I keep getting charged for something I dont want! Ive left messages.

I dont get calls back. You guys keep charging my account $44 for some junk stuff. I dont want. I will be contacting my attorney if I dont get this money refunded to my account.

Itd be nice if you cowards would answer your phones I want the money refunded to my account and Ill gladly refund your junk product. I got another bottle yesterday you can take it and stick it. I dont want it. I want my money back.

I wonder if you had any luck with getting answers to your messages. I keep getting text explaining how I am getting a good deal and that I ordered the material with a subscription and am getting a good deal.

I am calling my back tomorrow and if that doesn't stop them I will go to my attorney and the BBB.

This cream was advertised for 35 dollars and upon purchasing it they took out 105.30 dollars and thats not what I ordered. Thats theft!!

Olavita claims I subscribed to receive their products on a regular basis. However, I did not see anywhere on the order page to accept or deny a subscription.

I have been calling their customer support number 754-227-**** daily to cancel this so-called subscription.

No answer, so I had to leave voice messages. No return call yet.

I’m frustrated and angry that I was sent a recurring plan. I deliberately did NOT ask for that.

Cancel and refund my money please . This is bad business!!

A week or so ago, I ordered one tube of Olavitas under eye corrector. I received a package today.

It had five tubes instead of one, and I was charged twice. I looked at my credit card and I saw a charge which might've been for the one. I think it was about $40.

And then another charge from the same company for $117. I want my money back.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy from them I’m just one of hundreds of very dissatisfied customers. They ripped me off for 100 and something dollars.

This product would really have to work well for me because I didn’t hesitate when I saw the advertisement I ordered it. I paid for it and I expected to work so when something goes wrong that they took another amount out of my account without my permission and then you can’t get in touch with anyone and it says 24 seven no it’s not because this has been a whole day and I have not gotten no response whatsoever from the company in order to have a good relationship with that customer you’ve got to stay in contact somebody’s gotta contact that person to let them know they’re sorry we’ll take care of it whatever and then you’re gonna sell that product again and they would definitely spread how good it is or you know tell their friends about buying it. Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Company decided to accept the product back and refund me full amount minus shipping.

I cancelled my subscription a month or two ago, and I am still getting orders delivered and being billed for them. I tried to contact the company again, but the phone is sketchy, and I did not receive a call back.

Surprise, surprise! I could only get an online chat person who forwarded me to another site that wanted to charge me to investigate my claim.

This company is such a scam. It is so disappointing that this goes on in our lives.

I call number and no one answers. I leave a message and no one calls me back.

I have made a lot of phone calls and left voice messages. I have sent numerous emails. I get information saying they have been read but no action has taken place. I have 5 unopened bottles I want to send back.

I need the shipping address so I can send them back. I will pay shipping myself and send back with a tracking number. This is from your website.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company founder emailed me and said the matter would be resolved.

I’ll know for certain when I receive April’s credit card bill. I prefer phone calls, but despite leaving 3 messages no response was forthcoming.

I then emailed and about a week later I received a response. If a company lists a phone number then someone should answer and be available to take questions.

They deceptively made my order a subscription that I didnt want and guaranteed that it could be refunded if I didnt like it! But after a month and a half (after the subscription was cancelled which they acknowledged at that time!) they sent and charged me for another shipment!!

I have had at least 12 emails with them and 4 phone calls that havent been returned! Today they said that after one mirecycle( shipment and charge) they could cancel it!!

Meanwhile I have a dispute with them on my PayPal. It for right now remain between a rock and a hard spot!!!
